The tec40 course is a brilliant choice for anyone interested in getting involved in tec diving. It only takes 3 days to complete and introduces you to all the basics of technical diving from equipment configuration, dive planning, gas switching and decompression.

The first day is a day of theory and discussion, we talk through equipment and gas planning as well as all the other special aspects of technical diving.

Day 2 is spent at a shallow inland site where we go through a series of skills in shallow water as well as letting you get used to the equipment.

On the final day we go to a deeper inland site, or even better complete at the coast! You'll conduct a simulated deco dive and then a full decompression dive to 40m.

At the end you'll be qualified to dive to 40 and manage up to 10 minutes of decompression!
