For many diving deeper allows access to some amazing dive sites, wrecks tend to be more intact and therefore even more impressive and many larger fish can be seen at deeper depths. The Deep Course qualifies you to dive to 40m the maximum limit of recreational diving.

The standard deep course usually consisting of 3 dives.

The standard deep course but also including a reel and SMB. You'll save £10 on the cost of the equipment and we'll also show you how to use it!

The standard deep course but also including the Deep equipment pack consisting of a reel, SMB, torch and compass.. you'll save money on the equipment and again we'll show you how to use it all!

How the course works

The deep course usually takes 3 dive to complete as you will normally have completed the first dive of the course as part of your advanced course. We run the course over 2 days. The dives cover deep navigation, computer use, ascent rates and also emergency decompression and alternate air use. We run the course at inland sites but also on most trips were we often have special offers running. Please have a look at the trips page to see some weekends when we may be running the course

Advanced Qualified
Aged 15 and up

What's the next step?

You can complete the deep course as part of the Master Scuba Diver Program. Also the deep course is a pre-requisite to tec diving so this is an important first step down this exciting route
